This is a truly fantastic property in one of the best locations in the entire area, I might be a bit bias there, but knowing Charlotte County as well as I do I truly believe this is a fantastic house and location.
I personally love this house, it is in an absolutely fantastic location, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, over looking a lake and the golf course beyond. It is really quiet, yet close to everything you want. The best beaches are on Boca Grande or Manisota Cay, both can be reached within about 10 - 15 minutes. In fact almost everything you could wish for is within 15 minutes.
The house is an ideal family home, there are 2 superb en-suites each having access to the pool side as well as stunning bathrooms, walk in showers, Jacuzzi styled baths, walk in wardrobes, his and hers sinks, total luxury. There is a 3rd twin bedroom with its own shower room en-suite. There is also a den which had a large comfy sofa bed making an ideal 4th bedroom, the pool / family bath is opposite the den so could be its own bathroom as well.
The home has a formal living area, a family lounge area a nook and a lovely formal dining room with magnificent crystal chandelier over the table. 5 TVs and cable connection, 2 video and DVD players and films for each in case the weather is not so great or you just fancy a quiet night in.
The home, as mentioned, has been used as a part time family home by the owners who are a most delightful English couple and have for the last few years enjoyed a Florida escape during the winter months only, the rest of the year the home has been only used by their direct family.
This home has always been kept in the very high standard required for rental guests, and has some really fantastic extras, such as high quality, very superior quality cutlery, chinaware and glasses bought over from the UK for everyday usage and some extra fine German tableware and crystal glasses in the dining cabinet for special occasions. The kitchen has every extra and appliance you could wish for, upgraded fridge freezer with water dispenser and ice maker on the exterior, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fondue set, bread-maker, food processor, etc etc. There is even a wine fridge for you to keep those extra bottles cool! There are dozens of books and you are invited to join the homes book swap so if you finish a book you bought with you please feel free to take another from the library and leave yours behind! The owners do ask that you do please leave the non fiction books behind though, i.e. the books on Florida bird life etc so other guests can equally enjoy these. There are also many games, jigsaws, a computer with internet access, printer etc.
The pool is magnificent overlooking the lake and golf course beyond, and is south west facing, the most preferred outlook for almost everyone. Along with the solar heating for the pool this home also enjoys the added benefit of having an electric pool heater for those occasions when the weather in Florida is not quite warm enough to enjoy the pool, ( there is a small extra charge for pool heat).
The garden is about 1/4 acre and with no one on the right of you, and the property to the left is at an angle so you cannot see them at all from the rear, so there is good privacy.
The home has a great gas BBQ, 4 bikes in the garage and even a bike rack so you can take the bikes to your preferred cycle areas!

The price will include all taxes, cleaning of the property after your departure. The house will be perfect ready for your arrival and you will not have to strip beds and put the washing machine on etc. when you leave (this is a growing requirement for many of the houses, not necessarily by the owners but asked of guests by lazy management companies!!!)
Charlotte shopping mall is huge and has loads of excellent shops, including Macys, Sear, JC Penny, and loads of boutiques and other independent shops, also there is a huge multi complex cinema there. In this area of Florida there is loads and loads to do, I can help you with all sorts of ideas if you wish, however you will find that the house also has several leaflets and details on restaurants, places of interest, good shops, golf courses etc.
