The villa consists of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, and two further bedrooms on the opposite side of the villa divided by the second bathroom. The villa sleeps a maximum of 8 persons. Discounts considered for smaller parties.
The private pool is 26ft by 13ft and the pool area is equipped with patio furniture. Pool heating is available at an extra cost. Pool not overlooked, so completely private. The pool also has a Jacuzzi in which to relax after a long hard day trekking through those parks.
Kitchen Details
The kitchen is located just to the left as you enter the house through the front door. It offers an ideal place to prepare food, with all the required utensils (including saucepans, kettle, plates, cutlery), amenities such as a dishwasher (so as little washing up needs to be done on holiday) and waste disposal unit.
Other amenities include a toaster, coffee maker, electric oven and hob, microwave and a fridge freezer.
The kitchen is designed to be an open plan with the living room (great for entertaining and keeping an eye on the kids), it also offers a breakfast table for gatherings in the morning or as a place present a buffet selection for other meals of the day.

Pool Details
The pool is 26 feet x 13 feet and can be heated (at a cost of $15/night) during the cooler winter months and has a connecting Jacuzzi to ease those aching limbs after those long days at the theme parks.
There is patio furniture on the deck area for your comfort, which consists of a table, four chairs and two sun loungers. Towels are provided for use around the pool, as they are in the bathrooms of the villa.

Located at Crescent Lakes. Kissimmee, just 5 miles south of Highway 192 on Poinciana Boulevard. Central to Disney, Universal Studios Escape, Sea World, water parks and all other attractions in the Orlando area. If you wish to travel further afield, the Interstate 4 (I4), a motorway style road is within 8 minutes drive from our villa. From there you can head east towards Kennedy Space Centre and the Atlantic beaches or west to Busch Gardens, Tampa and the glorious white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. In Poinciana, only a ten minute drive in the opposite direction to the 'attractions', you will find the Golf and Racquet Club which is open to the public, offering many activities for the whole family to enjoy.
