Outside
Beautiful outside area, virtually unoverlooked private pool (25x12). The pool is in sunshine, with shady areas all day. Very large pool deck. We have pool loungers, table & chairs, barbecue. Lovely views across natural lake. Our nearest neighbours are either 30' away or across the street.
Stays can be for any duration, but must be over 5 nights. Last minute and early booking discounts available.
If you choose to book with us, we require a deposit of £100 per week/part week booked with full balance plus fully refundable £100 breakages deposit payable 8 weeks before commencement of stay. $ prices are dependent on current exchange rate.

Approximately 70 minutes from Daytona beach on the east coast or Clearwater on the Gulf coast. Golf Champions Gate & Reunion are a short drive away. We are very close to Highway 27 with it's many superb golf courses. Travel Orlando, Sanford, Tampa. Use of car is essential. Distances Theme parks are approx 15 mins from door to door. Further details We are a very short drive from Champions Gate shops which have a lovely Publix supermarket, hairdressers, liquor store (for spirits), pizza restaurant, Subway, Nail & Beauty place and other small stores. Only 10 mins away at the junction of I4 & Highway 27 there is a new Shopping area including Super Target, Michaels (craft shop) and lots of other large stores. There are restaurants on the 27 (including Applebees, one of our favourites!) and the 192.
