SIGN-ON BONUSES: $2,500 Sign-on Bonus to all drivers with 6 months or more of qualified flatbed experience. $1,000 Sign-on Bonus to drivers with less/no flatbed experience.
Hornady Transportation Announces New Pay Plan!
All linehaul, dedicated and regional drivers paid by the mile will receive a .01 cent increase. An additional .01 increase will be applied on February 2, xxxx. This .02 increase will apply to all line haul, dedicated and regional positions paid by mile. Effective February, drivers can now make up to 49 CPM based on the position and level of experience. Starting pay will be structured to reflect these increases.
Additional pay packages have also increased:
*$30 Tarp Pay
*$60 Layover Pay
*$15 Detention Pay
*50 Breakdown pay for hours 6 24 and $75 per additional day
PER MILE PAY INCREASE:
ORIENTATION AND TRAINING PAY PROGRAM: Assignable flatbed drivers = $850; All other drivers = $650 (with exception of drivers in Hornady Heroes program). Drivers also receive 2-weeks extended training pay = $650.
