Job Description: This position will work with a Winston Retail Solutions brand to support their new “shop in shop” experience at Costco. Customers will be able to purchase luxury custom made suiting created with the help of state of the art body scanning technology. As a Sales/Merchandiser, you will work one on one with the customer to assist in style, fabric and color selection for their purchase. Preferred Experience: 1. 2+ years of retail experience, wholesale or branded apparel experience 2. Proven track record in driving sales in a fast paced retail environment 3. Sales experience 4. Men’s furnishing and tailored suit experience preferred 5. Previous work as a sales associate, retail coordinator or manager at an apparel/beauty/accessories/footwear company Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: * Creating a welcoming environment for all customers * Make recommendations and help customers select and purchase their ideal selections of style, fabric and color for their custom made suits and shirts * Complete orders and submit orders for processing * Drive sales by giving customers a high quality level of service * Complete a customized store visit report with photography * Need to be knowledgeable of all aspects of the process to communicate to the customer * Need to be able to communicate requests and opportunities from customers back to management ie. One color suit selling well * Communicate post order process to customers * Ability to manage large groups of people while still providing individualized service * Follow protocol and dress code * Adhere to all Costco procedures and build relationships with key personnel * Ensure that all signage and branding is up and report any damage to Winston management Abilities and Skills: 1.
