adidas Field Brand Ambassadors and adidas In-Store Retail Brand Specialists We're on the search for full-time Field Brand Ambassadors and In-Store Retail Brand Specialists to amplify the adidas brand at important retail locations. You'll be part of an elite ground force looking to bring the latest adidas products to customers at our key retail partners, as well as be the link between the adidas brand at the retail level and the adidas team at Headquarters. BE THE FACE OF ADIDAS AT RETAIL STORES As a part of our team, you'll be the go-to adidas brand hero, fostering relationships and promoting product with staff and customers in your city. As an on-the-ground resource for adidas at our retail partners, you'll build and maintain brand acceptance and loyalty by collaborating with store associates, implementing in-store product storytelling and helping to increase sales of adidas product. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Increase sell-through of adidas footwear, apparel and accessories by promoting product on site and educating customers of adidas products.With your visual merchandising expertise bring the adidas brand to life ensuring flawless product placement and storytelling across different retail departments and categories.Build professional relationships with retail associates and involve staff in visual maintenance of the store by communicating brand, product, and visual information.As the face of the adidas brand, you'll be empowered to inspire your store to help their customers get the full benefits of adidas. You'll be the spark that will bring excitement to the retail sales floor.Execute and train merchandising guidelines and visual presentations standards to stores to ensure brand integrity is maintained and create product moments throughout the store.Film videos, snap photos, execute audits and share the love you're seeing for product.Report market progress by collecting feedback and recapping the marketing process to ensure that visual programs meet business needs and promote premium consumer experience.Participate in regular national status meetings to report on the wins/hurdles in your market, identify opportunities and learn more about adidas product launches.By being on the front line with customers, provide product insight on how adidas products can remain highly-desirable to customers. Thereby, you will influence future adidas products.Collaborate with your team of adidas Field Agents across the country and learn how other cities and markets are finding success. You'll also partner with the marketing and product teams for signage and event execution from a visual perspective. IDEAL CANDIDATE BACKGROUND Previous retail sales experience. Chatting with customers in a retail store feels like a second home to you.1-2 years relevant visual merchandising or retail experience. Previous visual merchandising experience with a strong visual eye for styling and outfitting with a passion for fashion.Effective communication and presentation skills.The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve goals and objectives.Fierce attention to detail, extremely reliable and never afraid to speak up.Highly self-motivated and flexible; able to work retail hours, specifically nights & weekends.
