Job Summary: The Small Practice Solutions team is seeking: In-side Sales Representatives that will be focusing on selling Greenway Health's PrimeSuite system and other components of Greenway Health's Physicians Infrastructure. In this role you will be calling on small medical practices (1 up to 3 Physicians) for Net New Business within an assigned territory via the phone and/or internet. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Works in collaboration with partnered field Sales Executives and Manager, District Sales to set account and territory plans to meet or exceed sales quota on an annual/quarterly/monthly basis. Record and track sales activities in current management program. Works with Account Manager, field Sales Executives and Manager, District Sales to maintain high post-sales satisfaction facilitating positive long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers. Accurately forecast future sales. Networks with industry influences, professional associations, consultants and existing clients. Maintains an understanding of trends/issues within the healthcare industry that affect physician practices. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or other Business related degree Experience: 1-3 year successful experience in a non-retail sales or account management position Pipeline development, management, and lead qualification skills are necessary. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment is necessary Goal oriented aptitude is required Strong negotiating skills Skills/Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel and Power Point. Knowledge and understanding of physician office work flow is preferred Knowledge of and an interest in current healthcare business challenges, products and sales practices Must be a highly motivated self-starter and be able to work productively with limited supervision Tech savvy and strong initiative to learn physician work flow and industry items that impact Greenway customers Previous experience with customer relationship software (CRM) is preferred, Salesforce is a plus
