a diverse community of c+i business owners, each building out her resume (+ bank account) through
personal styling, social selling, and digital marketing. The c+i GEM program sets up entrepreneurial
college students for career success by offering marketable, real-world experience – a meaningful
opportunity that will set them apart in the job market.

Opportunity Description
Core Responsibilities Include:
Establish and maintain your personalized online boutique
Actively sell Chloe + Isabel jewelry through in-person pop-up shops, personalized online boutiques, one-on-one engagement, and social media marketing
Market your personal business by connecting your campus + social networks to your online boutique, where you consistently promote our jewelry and sales promotions

Desired Skills / Qualifications:
Must be a student in a 4 year college/university
Self-motivated, high energy, socially-savvy candidates are encouraged to apply.
You’ll receive skill-based training, as well as a dedicated campus mentor, to ensure your success as a GEM Merchandiser
The ideal candidate will be 18-22 years old.
