The E-commerce Sales Coordinator's job entails managing a wide range of e-commerce sales processes and projects. The position will interact with sales (internal and external), product development, supply chain, IT, and customer service departments to ensure that initiatives are planned, coordinated, and executed on time and accurately. The E-commerce Sales Coordinator will perform a range of administrative and support duties related to the daily operations of the Sales Department. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Serve as main contact person for all e-commerce accounts; provide excellent customer service. 2. Maintain and update all e-commerce accounts to include pricing, deals, and all related data. 3. As primary EDI liaison, set up and maintain all e-commerce EDI transaction and inventory feeds. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve EDI transaction issues through EDI provider. 5. Audit all e-commerce customers' websites. 6. Follow established IMAP violation protocols. 7. Become proficient with ERP system (NetSuite) in order to independently create and modify reports. 8. Produce and communicate monthly reports to VP of Sales and management team. 9. Implement a project management system for documenting and tracking activities. 10. Assist the Vice President of Sales in developing lead generation plans with targets, measures and objectives.
