Business Development Manager Pro Star Logistics is one of the nation's fastest growing transportation solutions providers. We are an authorized small parcel provider for major clients including: DHL Worldwide Express and the United States Parcel Services (USPS) We are currently looking for Business Development Managers with experience in B2B Field Sales. Experience with DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS or Regional Parcel Carriers is a plus! We will train the right candidates with a minimum of 2 years field sales experience. We offer a base salary with a lucrative commission plan with no cap! Job Description: Business Development Managers will be responsible for promoting and selling Domestic and International small package solutions and are responsible for developing new business from an assigned location and for maintaining all new clients. Pro Star s Business Development Managers will develop relationships with new clients and will be required to spend a majority of their time in the field prospecting for new business. This position requires a high volume of cold calling (in person and via phone) in achieving the desired revenue and profit goals. We are looking for Sales Super Stars! The right candidate can make at least $70,000 their first year! Responsibilities: Sell profitable new key business by cold calling, cultivating leads and networking Achieve Sales Revenue and Profit goals Design customized presentations to various decision makers to close new business Master Domestic and International small package product knowledge Ensure high post-sales satisfaction and positive long-term relationships Independent and able to perform job requirements with minimal supervision Strong Closing Skills Excellent communication skills Develop strong sales pipeline that exceeds growth expectations Weekly Sales meeting with Sales Director Strong organizational skills Job Requirements: Minimum of 2 years recent B2B Field Sales experience Small Parcel Sales, International Parcel, Transportation Sales experience is a plus Cold Calling!
