I am moving out this summer and need to quickly sublet. I have a room (bedroom A) available from May 4th to July 31st. Rent includes all utilities (with a cap on electricity), and cable. There is a main 40' TV in the living room, pantry off the kitchen, and washer/dryer set up. The room and apartment are fully furnished. It is in a 4/4 but only one other roommate will be here this summer, so you'll have at most likely one roommate. My roommate is quite clean and friendly, never had any problems with him.
