Subleasing my room at University Club Townhomes for May, June, and July. It is a 1/1 in a 4/4. Rent is $499 which includes utilities, cable, and internet. Looking for a girl to sublease the room. Right now I only have 2 roommates and one of them is moving out after spring. So unless the office puts new people in, you may just have the one roommate (who is awesome by the way). I have loved living here and have had no problems.
