Looking for a female/male to sublease my apartment for the summer. It is a 4/4 apartment that is $400 a month and you would live with three other girls who are pretty decent people. You will have your own private entry, bathroom, common room, and kitchenette. You could walk to FSU's campus if you wanted to but if not then you could catch one of the three buses that come by there (Heritage, Garnet, or Gold). The month of May is already paid for and I will also pay the transfer or lease fee. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Willing to negotiate.
