I will not be attending FSU next semester and I am in desperate need to find someone to take over my lease. I signed my lease for a 1x1 in a 4x4 at "The Retreat" in a furnished Courtyard Style cottage. The lease will begin in August of xxxx, and end July of xxxx. The complex is on the FSU bus route and is minutes away from TCC. Rent is $600 plus electricity, but I am willing to bring rent down to $580 and I will pay $20 of your rent each month. Electricity will usually run you between $20-$50, which all depends on how much electricity you and your roommates use. There is a $235 application fee that you will have to pay regardless, but you $100 of that fee is your security deposit and you will get that $100 when you move out. This is a 4x4 so you will have 3 other roommates but you will have your own bathroom and bedroom. You MUST be a girl. Amentities include: Cable, Internet, Trash, Pest Control, 24-hour Access to Clubhouse, Lawn- Maintenance, and On- Management. PLEASE contact me if you are interested!
