Hey folks! I'm trying to sublease my room in our wonderful home on Atkamire Drive for this summer. Rent is only $350 plus minimal utilities (~$50). My room is the biggest in the house, and is fully furnished if need be! The living room is spacious with a flat screen tv, comfy couch and dining room table. Our kitchen will be fully stocked, and has been left extremely clean through our stay here. Granite countertops and new appliances. In a safe neighborhood, 4 minutes from campus. Plenty of parking and a screened in porch. Please help me out and sublease my room!
