The role of a Leasing Consultant consists of being part of a winning sales team, customer service, implementing all marketing campaigns and maintaining the leasing center to a five:star standard for our residents and guests. The primary responsibility of this position is to lease apartments through product demonstration, maintain a low delinquency as well as renewing the leases of existing residents. You control your own success by attaining leasing goals, lowering delinquency, resident retention and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a polished, well:spoken individual that will be the face of the community and can leave a positive first impression creating "WOW" moments for our guests The Ideal candidate does not need previous experience as a leasing consultant, just the drive to succeed. Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and knowledge of social media and marketing are strongly encouraged.
