This position ensures execution of staffing strategies and processes, to meet the needs of the business, utilizing strong internal and external sourcing networks and business partners. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Builds staffing operations strategy that enhances the teams ability to deliver results. Utilizes various data systems, extracts raw data from reporting systems and conducts in:depth, trend analysis. Able to leverage historical data to deliver forecasts and future insights.Ensures full utilization of the applicant tracking system. Acts as a subject matter expert on staffing systems and processes; able to train and mentor others on these systems and processes.Works closely with a variety of leaders and ensures they are updated on progress and results. Updates Manager/Director on information regarding areas that may directly impact staffing requirements. May lead Ramp up initiatives, works with others to create strategies and deadlines to successfully execute hiring requirements. Partners with Manager/Director to strategize, reach and attract a diverse pool of high quality candidates for grass:roots recruiting collaboration. Builds effective change management, communication, training and process guides to support execution and compliance. Builds resource guides and partners with other functions to ensure all users understand and are able to implement and adopt change. Must meet or exceed quality metrics and team expectations of staffed percentage minimum requirements. Pro:actively develops and delivers presentations as necessary. Other projects and activities as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Direct Reports This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports Indirect Reports Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports Travel and/or Driving Requirements: Travel is an essential duty and function of this job.
