Description:
The Senior Consultant will utilize their extensive experience to lead dynamic client projects and serve as a leader during client engagements. This resource is responsible for ownership of client projects, budgets and relationships, leading project teams, and ensuring the timely completion of all tasks and deliverables within each client project.
Duties:
Manage projects, budgets and client relationships
Lead, manage and mentor those within the project team
Act as the liaison to the client to keep them informed of project progress and execute decisions
Complete project tasks and deliverables according to established timelines
Maintain project schedules and report on during client meetings and status reports
Document and present findings and recommendations to clients
Provide support to clients during implementation of accepted recommendations/solutions
Ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle
Manage and report on project risk and issues
Support Client Partners with the development of approach and project schedules for pursuit activities
Participates in the staffing, invoicing, budgeting, and profitability projection processes as needed.
Qualifications:
MBA or other advanced degree preferred (work experience will be considered in lieu of an MBA)
PMP certification preferred
Minimum of 10+ years' experience managing multiple projects
Relevant experience in a senior consultant role with interest in the areas of project management, technology, business process analysis, and IT strategy
Big 4 or Tier 2 management consulting experience preferred
