First Commerce Credit Union is currently seeking a Digital and Technical Support Tech (eServices Support Tech) for its corporate office in Tallahassee, FL.
Job Description:
The primary purpose of this position is to assist First Commerce Credit Union in fulfilling our Vision To Be Our Members' Financial Partner for Life. This is achieved through enhancing the overall quality of the Member's digital experience by providing exceptional support to both members and team members, as well as first level IT support to team members to ensure delivery of exceptional service.
Essential Job Functions:
eServices
Performs job duties in accordance with policies established by the board of Directors under the rules and regulations set by the NCUA and State of Florida.
Manages the day-to-day delivery of exceptional Member experience via online/mobile/social media channels.
Provides operational and technical eservices support, guidance, training and assistance to team members and members in order to maintain high quality service and efficiency.
Adheres to eservices performance metrics to ensure online, mobile, and social media experiences reflect FCCU's commitment to member service.
Collaborates with departments to ensure online, mobile, and social media experiences meet our members' expectations.
Assists with design and development of information architecture, wireframes and the Member experience in online/mobile/social media. Substantiate design approach with analysis & projections for improvements.
Support E Services and IT related project initiatives.
Tech Support
Provides first level IT support for users via phone or in person, including the repair and replacement of hardware and software with the objective of returning the work station to service as soon as possible.
Provide Windows desktop and mobile device support.
Provides basic troubleshooting and operational support through monitoring and timely response to help desk tickets.
Desktop software and peripheral device support.
Provide training, as necessary, in the use of specialized computer equipment.
Maintain the telephone system and voice mailboxes, and provide training as required.
Attends meetings as required; reports to work on time and as scheduled; adheres to facility dress code.
Backup the Senior IT Support Specialist.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned or requested.
Knowledge, Education, and Experience:
Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience in a related field
A+ certification desired
2-3 years of relevant online, mobile and social media experience. Experience in social media monitoring/responding and content planning applications desirable
1-2 years of experience in using a CMS
Experience installing, servicing & troubleshooting problems with Microsoft Windows
2-3 year's experience with Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome browsers
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange is desired
Experience with Google Analytics desirable
Work experience in a financial services or computer services environment is desirable.
Knowledge of Outlook, MS Products, and Adobe
License, Registration, and/or Certification Requirements:

Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)
Certified SCRUM Product Owner
MCP, HTML, CSS and Java Script
