Hi my name is James Yarborough, I'm fairly new too the Tallahassee area and I just got out of the army. Me and my wife workout everyday Mon-Fri from 7am to 8am and in the evening from 630 to 730 pm, In the military group workout session are always more effective because other can motivate you. I want to start a work session in the morning with anyone thats want to lost weight or just get inshape, this is a small businesses and project I'm starting so there is a fee of 10$ dollars a month. No worries cause I'm not only doing it for the money I want you to get fit we can all help each other, that's why the first month is free all I ask is you came ready , willing to listen and be motivated.
