Franchise Opportunity -- New Technology Infrared Saunas in Tallahassee, Florida For Sale

We are looking for franchisees for cities throughout United States and Canada. We will place only one Franchisee per 500,000 population. Our plus years of experience show that a store in a small market will sell between 5 & 15 saunas per month. Average profit per sale $xxxx.75 would generate between ($10,208 and $30,626) and a large city or suburban location will sell between 20 & 35 saunas per month. This would generate between ($40,835 and $71,461). These numbers are in US dollars. The franchisee will open a retail store and the cost of a franchise is actually between $90,000 to $160,000 includes the franchise fee ($17,500); finding and leasing of the store location (assistance provided by ThermaRay); the build-out to ThermaRay specifications; initial inventory ($26K to $35K); 3 months operating costs including initial advertising, salaries and utilities; product and business training. Percentage (up to 5%) of sales will be co-oped to be used in national advertising and the franchisee should do local advertising to assure achieving estimated sales.
