Schnauzer Mix: An adoptable dog in Tallahassee, FL in Tallahassee, Florida For Sale

This sweet faced girl looks sort of like a large Yorkie! We think she is a Schnauzer mix. Sometime ago, she was a heartworm positive stray at the Bainbridge (GA) humane society. Funds were raised to treat her and she was adopted. Then after several months, she was returned as the three-year-old child in the house was terrorizing her. So TBDR came to her "rescue," while she awaits another chance. Janis is a sweet, quiet 15-pound girl who is thought to be 4-5 years old. She is just adorable, with her easy-care coat and shaggy face. While a bit on the reserved side, she is friendly and does warm up. Despite being a terrier mix, she is does not have the hyper and high maintenance temperament that some do. She is well-behaved, housebroken, should do well with older children and is very comfortable around other animals.
