Do NOT purchase a puppy from this lady!
She has several puppies for sale and is meeting people to sell them at the PetCo here in tallahassee on Capital Circle!
She does NOT have the health certificate and is saying she gave them shots herself!
It is a 3rd degree misdemeanor in the state of florida to sell a dog without a health certificate (Not to be confused with AKC or CKC)
If you choose to purchase this puppy, Look up the "Puppy Default Law"
Also, you would be paying for the shots she said she already administered because without the Health Certificate, Any respectable vet will not take you word or hers. You be paying for the shot again.
I was really excited to purchase a puppy, but this lady is illegally trying to sell puppies and other dogs. Beware!
