Jasper will have a Florida Health certificate before he leaves for his new home. Mom is black and gold yorkie, Dad is small toy sized white poodle. We are located outside of Marianna FL. We can hand deliver to Orlando/ Clermont on some Tuesdays for $100. I can also help arrange ground transportation in USA.
