Bogart is what those of us who have been around a long time in rescue call an "old soul." That is our terminology to describe what is just the creme de la creme of dogdom. Bogart is estimated to be 5-6 years old and he is a southern gentleman through and through. Manners are the name of the game with this fellow. We found out, almost by hap-instance, that he has retinal degeneration. This is a condition that causes him to be blind in both eyes but once he knows his surroundings, he acclimates very well. Since dogs' primary senses are smell and hearing it is not as much of a challenge as one might think. He is compatible with large and small dogs. Complete an online adoption application today!
